GOAL:

1. ORIGCON (ORIGINAL CONTENTS) www.origcon.com aims to collect the contents of the story, treatment and scripts on a platform. The most important mission of the project in Turkey and new screenwriters to world cinema and television industry, will bring new stories and new works; In addition, we aim to support the scriptwriters who write feature and / or short film scripts on 'Scenario Development', 'Script Writing', which are the most basic elements of cinema, and to collect them on a single platform by contributing to the literary problems of our pre-production cinema.

In this context, our platform is designed to be "open to anyone with a story", regardless of whether it is an amateur or professional person, a real person or a legal person.

SCOPE:

1. ORIGCON (ORIGINAL CONTENTS) is implemented by www.origcon.com .

2.ORIGCON (ORIGINAL CONTENTS) www.origcon.com is open to all screenwriters who are over 18 years old, who write scripts, who want to write a summer, amateur, professional, (junior & senior) who meet the participation conditions.

GENERAL:

1. ORIGCON (ORIGINAL CONTENTS),) Anyone who has completed the pre-registration and application form on the www.origcon.com website, the appointment date, by sending a phone or e-mail, face-to-face with the applicant, after online interview, about the scenario development and registration process After all details are shared, a joint agreement will be reached with the applicant and origcon authorities and the process will be initiated by signing an agreement agreement. It is considered that no agreements have been made for the stories, treatments and scenarios for which no face-to-face meeting and mutual agreement is signed with the applicant and Origcon officials.

2. ORIGCON (ORIGINAL CONTENTS) The first condition for participation in the www.origcon.com platform is that the scriptwriters (“PROVIDER”) share the short story of the script or the main theme of the content (logline) with the site administration via e-mail or pre-application on the website or project registration. ORIGCON does not request the applicant to share the scenario with us, primarily after the story, treatment and interviews. The person who wants to share the entire story, treatment and script of the content will be committed to and accepting to send the shared script.

 

3. ORIGCON is not responsible for the scenarios sent unsolicited by Origcon.

 

4. Everyone who applies to www.origcon.com accepts that they provide their personal information with their own consent.

 

5. All applications made to the platform; It must be inspected by the applicant that the third parties do not violate their personal rights and their compliance with the provisions of KVKK. All legal and criminal liability that may arise due to such violations is under the responsibility of the APPLICANT. Origcon does not accept responsibility for any issues that may arise.

 

6. I am over 18 years old and I accept full responsibility at the time of application.

 

7. The approval of each project on the platform on the website is approved by the founder, scriptwriters and / or managers of ORIGCON (ORIGINAL CONTENTS) www.origcon.com . Any content that is not approved and that is not in origcon standards is not included in the website.

 

8. '' ORIGCON has no commitment to the applicant, such as film production, realization and / or filming of the projects and contents put on the platform. The applicant can pay a price to post content on the platform. This price is determined by Origcon. The content put on the platform contributes to the marketing of the content. The applicant must put his project on the platform in order to deliver his content to many producers, channels, agencies, etc. In this platform, producers, directors, channel managers, companies, agencies, drama teams, digital media managers, digital media drama teams, etc. may or may not make reviews. It may or may not be possible for these people to contact Origcon, the projects that are requested and deemed appropriate will be presented to the requesters face to face. Origcon has no commitment or promise that the content on the platform will be sold.

 

The user agreement on the website consists of 8 items. Origcon may also sign a contract as a result of negotiations.
